So bright it’s blinding

Bought this for my Goddaughter for when she’s in the pool and OMG I love how bright it is without blinding you, I feel like sometimes neon can be a bit much but this is bright enough it can be seen underwater and even peaking through a swimsuit without you feeling like your eyes are gonna hurt if you look at it to long.
