How do you recommend I clean my products?
We recommend finding a cloth diaper routine based on your water hardness and washer's abilities.
Typically you have two diaper washes followed by hanging dry or tumbling on low!
If you need help please make a post in our group and we would love to help you out.
Are you CPSC compliant?
Yes we are!
Little Haven Cloth uses CPSC compliant materials in our diapers and inserts. In addition to being CPSC certified, Little Haven Cloth manufacturer's have the following certificates: Global Recycled Standard (GRS), OEKO-TEX standard 100, Supplemental Type Certificate (STC), The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), Children's Products Safety Certificate (CPSC) and all silicone products are BPA Free, FDA Free, free of phthalates and approved by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Act (2008).

How do I cancel my order?
Due to the increased volume of orders we no longer allow order cancellations on any pre-sale items outside of a 24 hour window. If your order was placed less than 24 hours ago please contact through our support email, help@littlehavencloth.com, or our Facebook Business Page messages.
If you are looking to cancel an in-stock order and the order was placed within 24 hours and not yet shipped, please contact through our support email, help@littlehavencloth.com, or our Facebook Business Page messages.
My order is wrong or destroyed, help!
We are so sorry we made a mistake with your order! We are human so errors will occur. Please contact us at aly@littlehavencloth.com and we will fix this situation for you!
Can I combine shipping on multiple orders?
Unfortunately due to Shopify limitations we are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders. We are so sorry!
Can I combine pre-sale and in-stock items?
While you can, we ask that you do not. If you do, your in-stock items will not ship until your pre-order can be fulfilled. This is due to the calculation of shipping from USPS.
How do your pre-sales work?
Pre-sales are done several weeks before product is expected to arrive.
At Little Haven Cloth we let our Facebook Group help decide which prints will make it into a diapers and products! We will do a pattern voting in the group followed by narrowing down.
Once the prints are finalized, the order is placed with the manufacturer. Once the order is complete and on its way to us, we will open the pre-sale for early access orders. The pre-sale will close when the shipment has passed customs in the USA.
Shipping
What is the turn around time on in-stock products?
In-Stock diapers will ship within seven business days of purchase. Little Haven Cloth will do their best to get your item(s) shipped our as soon as possible and a shipping e-mail will be sent to confirm shipment has been made.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time Little Haven Cloth only ships to the USA, APO/FPO and Canada.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated automatically by USPS based on the order's weight and location to where the package is traveling. We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
